Mail Shield (this website and its subdomains), from now on referred as SERVICE, is owned and operated by Skulk Enterprises LLC, from now on referred as OWNER. This document describes your relationship with the SERVICE and the OWNER as the terms of use, from now on just referred to TERMS.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the SERVICE, you agree to the TERMS and all operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this page.

Modification

The OWNER, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the TERMS, or change, suspend, or discontinue the SERVICE at any time by posting a notice on this domain, or by sending you a notice through the SERVICE or by email. It is your responsibility to check the TERMS periodically for changes. Your use of the SERVICE following the posting of any changes to these TERMS constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Registration

All features of the SERVICE are only available to registered users. To access the SERVICE you must create an “Account”. In order to register, you must provide an accurate email address. You are solely responsible for updating the accuracy of the email address that you provide which is associated with your account.

Account security

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your account secure. You must notify the SERVICE immediately of any breach of security or other unauthorized use of your account. You should never publish, distribute or post login information for your account.

Termination

The OWNER may terminate your access to all or any part of the SERVICE at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of the TERMS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
